Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Sḵwx̱ú7mesh (Squamish), British Columbia, and I sure do travel (when there's no pandemic) within Canada and beyond! I am a small person, and I take no space in your luggage :)
Why do you photograph only small weddings?
Indeed, I do not photograph weddings with more than 70 guests. Intimate, micro weddings and elopements are much my preference because it allows me to connect with you and your guests easily. It's how I can capture your wedding best. I love capturing candid photos of you and your family, friends and pets; tender and funny moments during the getting ready; and all the small things you don't see. My goal is to create timeless imagery and memories that you can feel. Immersing myself and being grounded is genuinely possible during small weddings or elopements.
How many pictures will we receive?
It depends on the type of session, for weddings, it's between 200 and 500.
For lifestyle, engagement and maternity sessions, it is around 30-60, depending on the length of the session.
I pay close attention to details, and I am a bit old school because I work exclusively with Photoshop and don't just past the same preset on every session I am doing. I want your picture to look as unique as you! I also prefer quality over quantity.
Where can I see a sample of your family work?
For privacy reasons, I prefer not having a family gallery on my website. That said, you can get in touch with me, and I will send you a link with my family photography work that will expire in under 48h.
When will we get our photos?
I book a limited number of weddings and lifestyle sessions per year. The turnover for lifestyle is 2 weeks and for weddings is about 8 weeks.
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 2 or 8 weeks. All my wedding couples get a USB drive and album within 10 weeks. Galleries are great because they allow you to share them with your friends and family, choose your favourites, and order prints!
